Overall, it's chilled-out base for exploring Neptune Beach attractions. A kitchen was a great addition. Give kudos to attendant. We really enjoyed this place.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Seafood Kitchen that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Extremely comfy bed. Moreover, there was free Wi Fi available...
